Our History
The evolution of the Tang Dynasty... 35 years ago, the Tang family opened the doors to their first restaurant in Minnesota. The concept was simple... to introduce Cantonese and Szechuan styles of cooking to a local audience. To truly appreciate these traditional dishes, we placed our emphasis on the Chinese art of balancing a mixture of textures and tastes while only using the freshest ingredients in cooking. As the restaurant industry has evolved, so have we. The Tang family has created a way to offer authentic recipes that is still very affordable to the local community. We have combined the theories of a quick casual and a full service restaurant, that prepares high quality food and delivers it quickly while offering limited service. We still provide the greatest level of genuine hospitality that is found in any full-service restaurant... Enjoy!
What We Do Well
We use a Cantonese and Szechuan style of cooking, where we use mandarian woks and cook everything over a 550 degree flame in order to seal in all the flavors of each dish.
All of our dishes are prepared to order. We use only the freshest ingredients to provide the most flavorful, bright and vibrant dishes.
What We Offer
We offer an upbeat fast and exciting environment not only for our employees, but for our guest also to enjoy.
We offer accommodations for large groups, whether it's a special occasion or simply a business meeting.
